All shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the delivery destination. We do not offer free shipping on any orders, regardless of location.
All orders are dispatched with a tracked courier service, and tracking details will be sent to your registered email once your order is shipped.
Delivery Timelines
We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes:

- 7–15 business days for international orders, depending on the destination and customs clearance

Shipping Liability
We are not responsible for lost, delayed, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided at checkout. Once an item is marked delivered by the courier, we are not liable for missing parcels.
If your parcel is significantly delayed or lost in transit, we will assist you in contacting the shipping provider to resolve the issue. Refunds for lost parcels (if applicable) will only be processed after the courier completes their investigation, which may take several weeks.
International Shipping & Customs
All international orders are subject to customs processing and import duties in the destination country. These custom charges, taxes, or import fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the buyer’s sole responsibility.
